You must become our online member to use our online ordering service. To become our member follow the steps:-

2.Choose your user name and password
3.Once you done, We will recieve your information, review them and then allow you an access our shopping cart service. You cannot login unless we authorise you
4 You will recieve an email once we authorise you

Use our Shopping Cart: As you browse our product pages, click the "Add to shopping cart." link. When you are done shopping, review the items in your shopping cart, make any necessary changes, and complete the ordering process. Our product list includes a complete alphabetical list of our products.
You deposit the amount using our payment method. Once we receive payments, we will despatch your order to your billing address. You will receive an email as your order is processed.

Delivery & Freight Charges:

• Minimum order $100 exclusive of GST

• Freight is $10 exclusive of GST (except NT / WA / TAS)

• FREE FREIGHT for orders over $250 exclusive of GST (except NT / WA / TAS)

• All prices are GST exclusive

• We accept: Direct Deposits ONLY

• Orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed

All orders within Australia will be delivered using our nominated courier and cannot be delivered to post office boxes. Deliveries to destinations outside Australia are made by international post. Charges for international delivery destinations are subject to the applicable freight charges determined by the destination point.

We will deliver goods ordered to the address supplied on your order. Anyone at the delivery address who accepts the goods will be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods.

The dates we give you for delivery are our best estimate only. These estimates are given in good faith, and we will make every effort to deliver goods on time, however we cannot be held responsible for delays which arise from circumstances that are beyond our control. In the event of a delay, we will ensure the goods are delivered as soon as possible.
